Very, very rude. I asked if an item was in stock, and the employee looked put out that she needed to help me. The cashier also seemed upset that she had to help and annoyed that I had a question. We tried to get help in back, but everyone was busy. I will not be visiting this store again. Ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I will shop elsewhere. The Michael’s store in Plymouth is much friendlier and much more helpful.

Poor customer service from Manager Luann, she was very rude and had the worse attitude ever. I had an issue regarding using a coupon and the answer she gave me was wrong I called customer service and they apologized for my experience and the for the wrong information that was given and sent me some great coupons. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all, poor, poor customer service.

very good selection of anything hobbyist can want, and make sure you pay attention to coupons you will get during checkout, it may be for up to of 50% off…, that could save you tons of money on some things!!!
