Great customer service, especially from Mike. Scope of work to be done was explained well and prices were reasonable and service was quick. Also, clean waiting space with wifi. Thanks guys! I’ll be back.

The first time I went to this Midas I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the guy in the office to notice customers were waiting. There was a man in front of me that was greeted nicely but when it came to me the guy was really rude and asked«what do you want». I had an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take 45 minutes. It ended up taking 1.5 hours even though they weren’t that busy. A few days after my bad experience I got a call and did a survey about my experience. About a week after that I received a call from the manager apologizing for the bad service and he offered me a free oil change. When I went in for my free oil change the customer service was a little better until the very end. The manager was the guy that had been rude to me the first time but I decided I wasn’t going to say anything to him since he was nice the second time. The manager wasn’t the one to greet me and when I was leaving the manager asked me if my experience was better. I said Yes then the manager blamed the other guy for my bad service the first time even though I didn’t tell him which one of them helped me the first time. The service was a lot faster but when I went to get an oil change from a different place they told me that the place I had gone before didn’t close something. I can’t remember what exactly because I wasn’t paying attention but I wasnt’ surprised that this Midas missed something.

What can I say? Repairs fully explained. Not taken to the cleaners because I’m a female. Options offered. Great customer service(kudos to Mike!) I’ll be back.
