I called about a pair of UGGs. They said it was the last pair. I asked if they would hold them behind the counter, they said yes, and I gave them my name.
I go to the store and they gave them to someone else. When I was upset, they said «well it’s our policy to not hold shoes, we didn’t think to check who was asking for them» Then maybe you shouldn’t tell your customers you’ll hold the damn shoes. Had to drive all across town to a place that did have them and I should have just drove there in the first place. They didn’t care at all that they wasted my time.

The service at any Schuler’s location is always top-​notch. The employees really try to help you get the right shoe, talking with you about fit, sizing and taking very careful measurements of your foot to ensure that they get you a good shoe. Since Schuler’s sells New Balance shoes, they often have a selection that works for wider feet, which is important in my family.
This particular Schuler’s location is great as well because it has a separate room in the back that’s for shoes that are on sale and being clearaneced out. The sign very clearly says that customers are welcome in the room, and you can peruse the sale room on your own till your heart is content. Shoe lover’s paradise.

Awesome customer service and great selection! Its in a great part of MG so its a good store to just pop into or to stop by for specialty shoes.

I have ought a number of pairs of shoes here but I tried to buy several pairs yesterday but I could not get anyone to wait on me. I am not sure if it was the men’s sale going on and they didn’t want to sell more men’s shoes at a discount or what but there I am trying to buy hikers and casual dress shoes and no avail.
My wife on the other side in women’s shoes was helped and found a pair she liked but they didn’t have it in her size but they did order it.
When she was done and came over to where I was, It had been 20 mins and still no help so we left. We went over to REI for the hikers and found the pair I liked (oh yes, helped right away) and they had the same shoe my wife wanted in her size and the same price so she bought them there.
Sorry Schuler you lost out on 4 pairs of shoes and I will be looking for another show store
