Not impressed at all! Went to Callie because of a referral to see Leigh. She was not accepting new patients so I saw Danielle. She was ridiculously late(25 mins) and I don’t feel like she was listening. She was quick to give out a prescription which later my primary wondered why she did that since I was now on three medications for the same thing when that was not even the reason I went there! Went for my mood issue but came out with another anxiety medication. I won’t be going back and now they are charging me for 60 minutes when I was in there for at the very most 45 minutes. Ridiculous! Wonderful first impression they gave, huh?!

Be careful — Calli schedulers made a date mistake when scheduling my appointment, then tried charging me a «no show» fee of almost $ 100 for that appointment that I didn’t make. If they had been professional enough to give an appointment card when scheduling the appointment, or given a courtesy reminder(phone, mail, anything), then the error would have been caught and corrected ahead of time. Needless to say, I was pretty surprised to receive a bill for a «no show» when my appointment was still a week in the future! I called to inquire and have it corrected, and instead was told«too bad» by the therapist and then hung up on. Yikes. I was seeing this therapist for help with treating my anxiety — but since their business practices and troubling customer service seem instead to exacerbate my anxiety, it looks like I will need to find a new therapist, asap.

Good staff and easy to get into see someone. However if you call and cant make an appointment they charge you a no show fee. Which is bs if you called in.
