DO NOT HIRE PETE CARLSON AND HIS CREW to do your hardwood floors or anything for your house! We recently asked him to re-​sand and stain our kitchen floor and buff and coat our dining room floor. Kitchen floor ended up looking ok. Dining room floor was a disaster. Crew SEALED IN scuff marks and kids paint stains into our floor. We couldn’t believe it. When I attempted to understand how it could happen, Pete’s partner was very defensive claiming he tried to get scuff marks out and couldn’t. When I asked why he didn’t call me about the scuff marks before he sealed the floor, he had no answer. In fact, he was very aggressive when speaking with me. So much so, my 4 and 6 year old who were watching our conversation became scared and asked aloud why the man was yelling at me. When I asked him to stop yelling at me and solve it and he said he’d have to re-​sand the entire floor. When he persisted to tell him he tried to sand scuff marks, I showed him how I could wipe away the SAME SCUFF marks found just 15 feet away in another area with JUST WATER. HE STILL DIDN’T ADMIT TO BLATANT ERROR. Extremely poor customer service. They simply didn’t care about what they did or fixing it. They simply didn’t care about how they spoke to me. DO NOT USE THEM.
