Dr. Epstein herself is great. The office staff is incompetent and unfriendly. Always mixing up my records is unacceptable. I should be greeted with more than «name» and should never be given dirty looks. The wait is always rediculous, 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Ive been going here for years but now it is time to find a friendlier place.

Although I like Dr. Epstein very much, waiting for an hour in an exam room with my pants off seems completely unacceptable. I’ll be looking for a new gynecologist.
