Management is not helpful. They only listen you until getting signature for the lease. Bonus: They have a poor payment system. I am such a mellow person, they even made me aggressive, every month you have to wait with all stress that their payment system may try to pull double or triple rent amount from your account and tell you to fix it without any help. However Management team is only work with you for leasing papers, or sending out surcharges. When you ask them«What the heck is that?», well good luck to you. They are busy mos of the time. Apartments are okay, Maintenance is on time, I can’t say anything for community since I am working 8 to 6, seems nice people at least my neighbors. But it is so annoying to experience sharp change of their attitude and interest between your being potential money source/renter and actual resident who already signed that paper. Update(3.10): They actually answered my phone(6th day of trying to fix issue), and told me they are on it. Will update if they actually fix it. Update(3.11): Manager personally called me, stated that, they are sorry about the payment system and ensured they will take care of it. Well, that settled down the issue, however during 10days of process, I couldn’t reach out anyone from management, whereas I was recieving court and collection mails. I recommend management to communicate with residents more frequently, that would change the mood from other parties in such cases. Update(3.12): Balance has been closed by management’s efforts.
