Oh, Farelli’s. I would love to give you five stars. I have developed a craving for fresh mozzarella that only you can satisfy. Seriously though, I do love the pizza here, even though it is a thinner crust than I am used to, and I have to ask that they hold the provolone(not a fan of cheese, with the exception of mozzarella). It’s amazing how many different types of pizza there are; I love Farelli’s, but I do love Frankie’s also — they are just two different types of wonderful pies. Farelli’s can sometimes be hit-or-miss though. The hits: — Bar staff is awesome. Caitlyn, Garrett, Keith(sorry, I know I have missed some of you!) — everyone is welcoming and friendly. — Selection of beer, wine, and liquor is great. — They have whole wheat crust. — They have good happy hour food specials. — They are willing to substitute items or ingredients and are very conscientious about working with customers with food allergies or likes/dislikes. The manager spoke with my husband and I about this once or twice, and their attitude toward this is just awesome. The misses — Some nights there are activities(painting, trivia, games) that make the bar area difficult to navigate. Those nights, it can be impossible to get a table or a seat at the bar. When it’s quiet, it’s much better. — On a couple of nights when the bar has been packed, my husband and I have attempted to sit and grab our food and drinks at a table on the restaurant side instead. On one occasion, we waited out front while the hostess looked to see if there was a table available in the restaurant. After about five minutes, we noticed that she was busy in the kitchen and bar — it appeared that she had completely forgotten about us. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. On the other occasion, we were seated in the restaurant, but then sat at our table for over ten minutes without service(while other tables around us were waited upon). We left and went somewhere else that time also. I would definitely recommend the bar area for better service.

Enjoyed my visit to Farrelli’s yesterday for my birthday! If you have their card, you get $ 10 off on our birthday. Enjoyed the meal, great spicy Bloody Mary, pizza was excellent and the Apple crumble al a mode was great! Would recommend.

Food was not bad, but definitely not the best I’ve ever had. Strawberry lemonade was not good. Music was terrible — a person can only handle so much reggae in one sitting. Nice atmosphere.

Good food. Love how close to our house they are. Live that they have an open patio when it’s warm out and they have games in the bar!

We had some pizza from here the other day, it was ok. In the hub that is maple valley pizza joints I see how they stay in Business but strictly from a pizza review– it’s ok, not great. Strange(gourmet?) toppings, not enough cheese, just not my cup of tea. Didn’t care for the whole wheat crust and didn’t really see the appeal. I prefer frankies.

I love this restaurant! Every time we eat there we are never disappointed. There are lots of pizza choices to satisfy everyone’s likes. The pasta dishes are also very good. My husband especially likes their Crab Mac & Cheese. I like the Chicken Fettuccine Con Broccoli. We have never had to wait more than 20 minutes even during the busy dinner hours. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great place, great food, great service with a awesome atmosphere! I really loved the fact that Farrelli’s have the music volume perfect. We usually eat in the bar area in most restaurants and there is nothing more irritating than when the music is so loud that you can’t have a conversation! Kudos Farrelli’s! Also, I must say that they do have the best pizza around!

Great food, I enjoy taking my whole family here. The pizzas the pastas the salads. The tomato soup is the best I have ever had. They also give kids a blob of pizza dough to play with while the food is being made. Also great birthday rewards and weekday special offers.

Both times I’ve been here I have been blown away by the level of service. The food was beyond what I expected including portion size and taste. The atmosphere is family friendly too. This place reminds me of The Rock but nicer and less greasy. Also, it doesn’t feel so loud and the lighting is better on the eyes. The food here has the taste of a hole-in-the-wall but with more seating and no wait time. If you’re looking for a great deal, the best time to hit this place up is during happy hour so go hungry!

Pretty hit or miss… Both food and service. One time we had a perfect experience! Someone greeted/seated us quickly, server was cheerful and attentive, Spaghetti and meatballs were amazing. We went back a month later and no one was manning the entry. After waiting a solid 10 minutes at the entrance, we actually walked into the dining area before anyone would acknowledge us! Finally seated and I had the same thing. And I could barely eat it. The meatballs were super tough… Thought seriously about sending it back. Server rarely came back to our table… Felt like we were always on the lookout for her. I will say, they have some of the best ranch sauce I’ve ever had, but the starter salad is either crisp and delicious or filled with wilted brown lettuce. It just isn’t consistent. Pizza has a lot of flavor. I think the pies are the safer bet if dining here.

Went for Happy Hour with my guy. First time. Lemon Drop yummy. Service was great. Sat at the fire table, salad that was shook to mix was wonderful. Then the pizzas, mine chicken bacon, I ate the whole thing, his sausage something. He loved it. We will be going back for sure. I recommend eating here.

Tried it a couple times. Food is bland and processy. Over priced and crowded and a little disorganized. Maybe going with a group of kids or for a team event might be OK but I would not recommend it if you are looking for good food or a pleasant experience.

Love their pasta, especially sausage gorgonzola fettuccini, and the spicy sausage mac is also great. Pizza is very good, although I slightly prefer the rock for pizza this is a close second. Calzones are great. One of my kids had a skillet and loved it. Service here is always good and prompt, been here at least a dozen times and service was always consistently good.

We have been fans of this place for years and coming here almost weekly for happy hour or dinner. We have a favorite pizza here that has kept us coming back — the Italia. One of the best things about the Italia is the delicious old fashioned, thick cut pepperoni. However we learned they have changed their supplier and no longer use thick cut pepperoni and now just used little gross pepperoni like you could find anywhere else. The menu still says thick cut pepperoni even after the change. Sure, fixing the menu would be nice but we are mostly disappointed in the decrease of quality ingredients. Very disappointing. Additionally, we noticed tonight our drinks were not appearing on our receipt at happy hour price even though we were sure to purchase them before the 6pm cut off. After looking at the receipt again we noticed they have their cash register clock 10 min fast so drinks ordered at the end of happy hour would not ring up as happy hour! We feel like it is very deceptive and sneaky! We’ve been loyal customers but have not been pleased with the recent experience and will be taking our business elsewhere where we feel they care more about their product and their customers.

The best pizza in Maple Valley! Great menu and every time I’ve been(at least a dozen) service has been great as well. The pizza is delicious and well balanced. There are many other items on the menus, sandwiches and salads, for if you’re not feeling like pizza. My husband likes the skillets with sausage and peppers, but I always go for pizza. I can’t help myself, it’s just so good! The bar is a fun place to watch Seahawks games, too.

Been coming here since 2013. Pretty good customer service just depends on the waiter/waitress at the time. Great atmosphere and awesome food! Their nachos are the best I’ve ever had(my fave item on their menu) definitely give them a try!

First time to this location 2nd time to this chain. I thought I’d take the wife and kids here for their first time. Came into 1⁄3 of the seats empty and was told that they were short servers & that it would be a 20min wait. First impression not good. It’s Friday night I was going to leave like the people in front of me and the group behind me. The family wanted to wait. I don’t mind waiting because they are busy and have no seats… But when the mis-mange their crew on a Friday that’s B.S. As a business owner this is sad I’ve watched about 19 people walk out in 10 minutes do to the lack of servers. More to be added as my experience continues Server was excellent and the food was good. I t seemed to be a management fail tonight.

The lunch menu is spot on. I usually get a pizza, but the meatball sandwich was exceptionally tasty. Adding a side salad was a great idea. I would definitely order this again and the wait staff was pleasant and efficient!

Third time we have been here and I keep hoping the crust will get better… It doesn’t. The pizza crust is too thin and it is always doughy and squishy in the center and burned and hard on the edges. It’s sad really because the place is nice, they just need a thicker more durable crust on the pizza. If I give the place another try I will NOT order pizza. For that I will go to The Rock. It’s not perfect either, but it’s better than this!

This place is solid, albeit a little pricey. Their pizzas are pretty decent and the salads are good. I paid $ 80 for 3 larges the other day and nearly fainted, but they tasted pretty good. They have some pretty good deals if you go in, kids eat free on Mondays, 30 dollar family meals on Tuesdays, etc. and if you ask, they’ll let the kids play with dough and give free balloons. Solid family restaurant.

We ordered a cheese breadstick dish, a Caesar salad and a pepperoni pizza. The breadstick dish had almost no cheese on it. The salad looked like they bought it at Safeway next door. The pizza was good which is why they get 3 stars and the waitresses were nice to look at.

The pizza looks good but the service has SUCKED so far. We had a group with a reservation that they were not ready for. I’m placing an order by phone and taking it to go while in the reasteraunt. Still haven’t talked to a server.

The last few times I’ve been here have not been at peak hours. On both occasions, my dad and I sat in the bar. Both times, we had the same waitress, although I can’t remember her name. The service took way too long on both times. The first, we ordered a plate of nachos that we watched sit out for nearly 10 minutes before they were brought over to us. I’m sure they would’ve been much better had they actually been hot when we received them. The second, I ordered a drink, I think it was something like«The Hypnotist» or something, and I didn’t see her start to make it until nearly 5 minutes after my parents received their drinks. I’m not sure if we just had the unfortunate chance of getting her on her off-day twice, or what. But if I can, I’ll probably be avoiding Farrelli’s based on these two experiences.

Been here a few times. Came with a group today. Ordered pizza and salads which were all good. Took a break from the banquet room they had and had a couple of drinks at the bar. You can watch the chefs put together salads and pizza. These guys work their butts off. Spoke to one of them, I think it was Garret who obviously loves what he does.

Don’t listen to Lindsay T. Below this place is great. The food is good and the beer selection is good. Everyday they have species to include kids eat free on Mondays. The chicken strips are more like nuggets but they taste good. The pizza is a good with lots of different toppings. Try the brat in a hoodie. Great stuff. I’m glad they are here and hope they fill this space for a long time.

Excellent thin crust pizza! The Tuesday Family Meal Deal is a steal. Large family style salad, bread sticks(with cheese and dipping sauces), and a 16″ pizza. Great beers on tap, and the wait staff was super friendly. The oven fired pizza was well cooked, with only a little tasty char on the edges. Stopped on our way home from skiing at Crystal, and we might have to make this a regular place.

We were really exited to try this place out. We love pizza! Esp. wood fired pizza. We went on a Sunday afternoon, got a large pizza to share between three people & two kids meals(Mac & cheese & chicken strips) Pizza was gross! Bland, with low quality ingredients. I wouldn’t feed the chicken strips(more like nuggets) to my dog. Portions were teensy & everything sucked. You would be better off going ANYWHERE else. Atmosphere was ok! But there weren’t many people there & service was just so-so, waitress did bare minimum & left all our dirty plates on our table. It was awkward. I MIGHT try out maybe going to the bar for drinks, after I’d already eaten & if we had a gift card or something. There’s a little arcade corner for kids w/a «Play ’til You Win» candy machine. So your kids can eat handfuls of candy before sitting down to eat a crappy meal. I hope something better takes over this space soon.

Ate here last night and both my wife and I were thoroughly underwhelmed. While the owners obviously put a lot of money into the building’s design and fixtures, the food they serve is truly mediocre. We shared a caprese pizza with chicken and a(so-called) Chop-Chop salad. Let’s start with the salad. My expectation of a chop salad is that it will be chopped. And when it’s called a «chop-chop» I’m thinking chopped… then chopped a bit more, resulting in small bits of lettuce, cheese, chicken… and other veggies that all get a little coating of the dressing… the combination of which can be delightful. Farrelli’s Chop-Chop looks like it was made by someone who’s afraid of knives. In fact it looks more like a common, ordinary dinner salad… and tastes like one too. Nothing special about it. You can actually get a better, true chop salad at any Subway shop… at less than half the price! Now if I was opening a place that says, «Wood Fired Pizza» in big letters out front I would make sure that the pizzas I served were at the top of my game. Farrelli’s pizzas may look pretty, if you’re into pizza decorating, but they taste like they’re made from the ingredients out of a military MRI package… bland, dry, nearly devoid of taste. If you’ve ever had a true Italian, wood-fired pizza you’ll probably agree that just the thought of one can make you salivate like a Pavlovian puppy. Which makes the bland, undercooked Frisbee delivered to your table at Farrelli’s a disappointment of international proportions. I’m hoping that the kitchen staff was just having an off night. And maybe another visit would change my mind. But based on last night’s dinner I see no reason to return.

This place reminds me of a grown up version of The Rock. I loved the huge bar area. Felt like it was divided between normal bar and restaurant bar style! Have pull tabs! A table with a fire this would be great during winter! Great menu with excellent drinks! Also has a nice happy hour selection! Focaccia bits yummy! Also loved the happy hour NW brat in a hoodie(mainly got it because loved the name)! The moonshine cocktails pretty tasty but the cherry garnish was wow alcohol! Decent margaritas! Plan to come back to try the pizza.

I am a pizza snob and there is no hiding it. I am spoiled with the amazing pizza we have up in my hood. Came to Farrelli’s to celebrate mom’s birthday. Busy on a Saturday night but that is to be expected. Service SUCKED. We were seated quickly but not acknowledged after that for at least 10 – 15 mins. No drink orders, no water, nothing. Finally a guy came over and asked if we had been helped, ummm no. So he took our food and drink order because at that point we were ready. Took him another 10 mins to get a beer, 3 sodas and a tea. WTF. Pizza was good, not the best, but not horrible. Salad was okay. We got dessert too and that was pretty good. I don’t know that I would come back based off the service. When did Maple Valley get so many people?! I grew up there and remember when there was nothing out there!!! HOLYMOSES.

I’ve been doing trivia here for a while now, and it’s been a great way to break up the week. Their drink prices are fair and they always have some sort of a special deal depending on the night. They also have watching parties for every Seahawk game. The beer selection is outstanding. The food is maybe a 2 out of 5. I’m super guilty of loving their fire sticks though, which are an American-Italian atrocity but I can’t deny their deliciousness. They do seem to have a fairly high turnover rate on their wait staff, but I can’t seem to find a reason why. Also, you’ll find pull tabs here… super random.
