I worked with John Hunter out of the Maple Valley branch of Guaranteed rate. John was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He always got back to me right away when I had questions or concerns about the loan process. I actually closed 10 ten days early on my house because John and his team (Lauren Nelson and Janet Sainati who were also so amazing and professional) were so on top of things. Buying a house can be super stressful, but John went above and beyond to make the process of buying a house smooth and enjoyable for me. He truly is awesome at what he does!!! I would recommend John Hunter to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
