Maple Valley Buds and Blooms

I had Buds and Blooms do centerpieces for an event. I sent them a photo of what I wanted, and the colors I wanted they were very helpful and the day of the event they were right on time. Everything was very fresh and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Buds and Blooms!

I called with an unusual request: to send an April Fool’s Day bouquet to my mother, who loves anything silly and holidays, to boot. Carla spent a lot of time talking through the idea with me until we came up with something we were both comfortable with — delivering a bouquet that was very underwhelming, and then follow it up with a real bouquet of her favorite flowers, gladiolus. I really appreciate the time Carla took, that she was willing to put their reputation on the line with the crappy first bouquet, and that her driver was on board, too, to do this complex delivery. I even called the day of and they fit it in!
My mom added her accounting of the delivery, which made it even better, «Can I brag about having the cleverist kids on the planet? They pulled the best April Fools Day joke on me ever! I answered the door to find a delivery man there with a bouquet of roses. He told me they were from my admiring kids and I was so surprised that I really didn’t even notice the broken rose until he left. Being the eternal optimist I just figured it broke on the way to my house and wasn’t going to complain. About five minutes later there was another knock on the door and there was the same delivery man with a beautiful bouquet of glads, my favorite flower. He laughed and said he thought I might throw the first bouquet at him. Admittedly, this is the best April Fools joke anyone has ever played on me. I truly loved it.»

Just got off the phone with Carla and ordered a large bouquet through Maple Valley Buds and Blooms. …I’m in CA and I’m sending flowers to my fav Aunt who is beautiful both inside and out. Carla helped me create an equally beautiful bouquet through mixing a couple different styled bouquets on their website. I am so thankful she made the process super easy and seamless. and all with a pleasant tone.
I will never… ever…order through 1800flowers or Teleflora again (2 really bad experiences sending flowers to Northern CA…).I’ll order straight through this local shop knowing that the bouquet that will be delivered was created by someone who genuinely cares.

Stopped by hoping to get a house warming gift for someone… We ended up getting a succulent in a nice turtle. The selection of gifts was good. Not so much that it would seem that they waste a lot.
I don’t need flowers often but if I don’t would be happy to order them here. I wouldn’t count on them having a terribly large selection on hand.

Until my last order, I have been satisfied with the several orders I have placed. The last order was for an arrangement that had a glass hurricane over a candle. It’s what made the arrangement look «complete». I happened to see the arrangement that was delivered and it did not include the glass hurricane. When I called to inquire I was told they did not have any of the hurricanes, so gave the arrangement more flowers. I understand the arrangement may not be exactly as shown in a photograph, but was disappointed that they did not inform me of this at the time I placed my order. I would have chosen something else. It felt like they took too much «artistic license» without asking me. The assistant I talked with was very polite, took my number and told me she would have the owner call me back. It has been one week and I have not received a return call. I want to support local businesses, but will not be spending $ 70 on another arrangement if customer satisfaction does not matter to this business.

I have ordered three times from this company and they do a great job! They are always so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
