Paid a visit here to see a lifting contest yesterday and have to say I haven’t seen a gym like this since I used to train at Home of The Champions, The Pump Station gym in Manchester, UK.
No frills, no fancy purple equipment (that was a cheap shot at Planet Fitness btw) just hardcore with a capital H.
I am not sure what their prices are but I can sense that you won’t get any of the bullshit that you get trapped into by big gym chains.
Obviously built by a hardcore trainer for hardcore trainers!

For those who are going to the gym to walk around and socialize this is not the gym for you, Now for those of us who want to get in the best shape of our lives welcome home, walk in the door music pumping the whole atmosphere of this place gets you’re blood pumping. The staff is super helpful with what ever you need training advice, supplement advice, even diet. Where most other gyms fail Diamond Delivers.
I walked in there one day and I was looking to buy some supplements that a trainer at my other gym claimed would help me get in shape, so I talked to the guy at the desk and he said he wasn’t going to sell me what I asked for because it was not going to do anything for me. Instead he said
«JUST CHANGE YOURE DIET» well right then and there I became a member
Other gyms care about the cash flow Diamond cares about how you
look. Like they said if you look good we look good

First off I would like to say that this place brings me bac to high school when I do certain things, like squatting and benching with chains for example, and the atmosphere almost reminds me of the Gold’s in Venice of the Arnold era… Only this is the mecca of bodybuilding in the state of NJ as well as possibly the East Coast as well as some of the best bodybuilders, amateur or pro, and if you don’t mind loud music in a hardcore and old school atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you. I look forward to future visits and will most likely refer anybody of any level to this gym, except kids of certain ages unless they’re the appropriate age to get started.
