First rate training from a first class teacher. I’ve seen blackbelts learn new techniques, kids gain confidence, and everybody who walks through the door feel welcome. Classes are running from 6:30am to 8pm, with a great after school program for kids. Whether you’re interested in the martial arts, want to get in shape, or looking for an engaging activity for your kid, this is the place. My son started doing it; I watched and joined in; my daughter saw the fun we were having and does it now too. Highly recommend.
