Pizza Hut

Even if Jesus came back to suck my nuts. I would not order from this place ever again. Placed my order at 10:30pm. Got a call from someone to confirm my order and they stated that my Order would be ready. Drove there, and was told my order was canceled cuz they too lazy to make it after 11:15pm. At least they could of called me so I didn’t have to make the drive.
Save that hard earned money and spend it on other edible cardboard. Also Jesus loves you.

Absolutely horrible. They didn’t deliver part of my order. I called them and it was a call center instead of the store. Whwn they tried to transfer me to the store I was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. The call center supposedly told the store about my missing items and they are supposed to contact me. Still waiting.

I should have believed the low rating. I paid the price. I’m not a big pizza fan but at a recent gathering I sampled the mini pretzel hotdog pizza. It sounded wrong but tasted so right. Last night I decided to order one to be delivered. It took exactly one hour to arrive. It was $ 15 with delivery. I paid the driver $ 20. A nice tip. I opened the box to find a vegetarian balsamic vinegar basil pizza. Boo. Now the fun started. You can no longer call the local location rather the phone call goes to a national call center and they email the local Pizza Hut. Well no one has called back despite repeated calls to the call center. This is unacceptable business practices and inability to contact them is fraudulent. Minnesota law provides a three day window to return any item for any reason. I want my $ 20 back.

Pizza and everything not good delivery is slow about 2 hour wait for a large pizza and wings. Once I do get it the pizza is cold and unappealing.

Overall the worst pizza delivery service I have ever experienced. Placed an order at 5:15 and the person on the phone was extremely unprofessional. It took around 10 minutes to make a simple order because she kept repeating the wrong address back to me. She said our order would be delivered at 5:45, but I had a feeling that would not happen. At 6:20, I called to see why it was so late, and turns out the order was never placed. I was put oh hold for a long time, and then finally spoke to a manager who said our order would be there at 7:20. Got a call at 6:50 saying we were out of the delivery zone and that they could not deliver our order. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold forever again after speaking to another rude worker with an attitude. Reading other reviews of this store, this location has had issues in the past with answering calls and being put on hold. Finally spoke to someone 20 minutes later who said we were in a dead zone and they refused to delivery to us. I asked if they could make an exception, considering the horrible customer service, and he refused. I was shocked. Why were we not told at 5:15 that we were in a dead zone? Over two hours later, left very hungry and very angry. Please, don’t waste your time with this store.

I ordered a pizza from here today, DEAR LORD what a mistake that was!!!
It took two hours for the pizza to be delivered… Yes, TWO HOURS. I called twice and on the first call they told me it would be there by 10pm, mind you I ordered the pizza before 9. It wasn’t until after 10:30 that they finally delivered the pizza and lo and behold the pizza was cold.
I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. Stay far away from this pizza hut. The person running this franchise is a fool.

There also two other reviews mentioning a similar experience here as mine but they are hidden as «2 other reviews that are not currently recommended» and you have to click on it to read those reviews. Had I read those reviews previously I would not have ordered from this pizza hut. In fact I won’t be ordering from pizza hut ever again.
