Global Nails

What doesn’t deserve a 5 star review about this place??? My acrylic nails lasted an entire month without chipping or lifting! This is unheard of. Especially because I’m a nurse and work and write with my hands all day! Pedicure is fantastic and the massage is nice and long. I’m never going anywhere else again! I drive 30 minutes just to get here.

I just got my nails done by Kim. My nails are perfect! I kept it simple but sometimes that could be more challenging. She listened to me, laughed at my lame jokes, super sweet lady! Definitely coming back to her when I’m in town and recommending her to everyone!

Great shop! Great results! Just like family. I always get a friendly greeting by name when I walk through the door. So nice to receive the acknowledgement! Although walkins are welcome I usually make appts and get seated immediately. Highly recommend.

I have never left a bad review about any place. But DO NOT GO HERE. I showed them an exact picture of what I wanted as well as my sister and they did not do it. When she asked if I liked the one she had done I said no and asked to have them narrower and she didn’t do anything to change the shape she did. It was truly horrible. I am so disappointed. They are now short, super wide, and none of them match. Please don’t ever go here.

This place is awesome. I went in shortly before their closing time but they were so happy to accommodate. My nails looked great and they were very reasonably priced.

I walked into global nails about 2 weeks ago with the most horrible set of nails I had had done at another salon here in Tucson, No names but I was on Campbell street. The girl behind the counter came up smiling and asked me how they could help me I replied I didn’t know if she could. I put my hands out and she wrinkled her nose and said oh my, we can help you. Well another very sweet young girl came out took one look at my hands shook her head and turned them over staring at them in disbelief. She and the other girl started trying to figure out what in the would to do. They spoke in their native language but I am sure it all meant oh my gosh what a mess. An hour and 15 min later I don’t know how but I had the most beautiful set of nails I have had in a long time. She is a magic fairy on nails. Take a few min. and pop in there you will be very happy. This was my first time here, but I was very impressed!
I was able to walk right in (no reservation) and get right into a massage chair. I felt like the nail artist did a very thorough job — I was there a good 40 minutes having my feet/​toes worked on. My favorite was the quite lengthy leg/​foot massage. Magical! They get 4 stars instead of 5 because the nail color selection is pretty limited and I’d also wanted to get my brows waxed but apparently the brow person was out of town. Kind of disappointing. But the price and quality of the pedicure was excellent! I will be returning!

Lynn at Global Nails on Silverbell is THE BEST! Her work is immaculate… and affordable. She’s the best nail person I’ve seen in Tucson. Ask for her

I came in as a walk in to get fills and fix a nail I had broken. Everyone was very polite and greeted me as walked in, I didn’t have to wait longer than a minute to be seated and get started. They had a good variety of gel polish to select from.
The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that my technician left the acrylic bulky and I asked if she could change my square shaped nail into an almond shape or balerena/​coffin shape, she attempted to but was unsuccessful in doing so.

I was referred here by a friend. Lyn is the absolute best. I’m never rushed, and I’m always happy with my nails, waxing and pedicures.

I’ve been going here for years! I stopped going under prior management, but returned and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Lin, Holly, Rose and Ann are all wonderful. Very personable, full of creative suggestions and all around fun to be around. My gel manicure lasts 2 – 3 weeks and my pedicures almost a month. Highly recommend any of these ladies.

I frequent this place since it is so close to my house and a good price for a pedi. Have I had better pedis before? Yes, but really I go for the massage and so far so good there! I love when they take their time to truly give a nice foot and calf massage. I think so far in terms of pedicures, the manicurists are very good at shaping, but not so much the painting. Mine seem to chip faster than when I go get other pedicures and they also don’t paint as close to the cuticle as some other ones I have been to. The salon is nice and clean and the staff is a lot nicer than most salons. I have gotten a shallac manicure there too and the prices and technique were good.
I will continue to be a repeat customer!

This place is under new management and highly recommended! Lin and her staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is fun and casual. Lin is a perfectionist and my nails are always PERFECT when I leave!
