Horrible pizza — it was very garlic-​y, greasy and had almost no sauce. We ordered carry out and by the time we got home (five mins away), it was cold. My six year old cried «i don’t like florida pizza!» My husband is ordering from someplace else while I write this.

I loved this place. Total dive bar. Great food! Super friendly waitress.
We went for lunch after reading about their $ 5 lunch menu. My husband ordered a fish sandwich and I had a personal pizza. They told us it might be a wait for the pizza. No problem! We sat outside on the back deck, nice breeze, shaded area. We only had waters after being the sun all morning but the waitress was friendly and kept us hydrated.
The pizza was delicious. Thin crust, fresh veggies, lots of bacon. I loved every bite of it! My husband enjoyed the fish sandwich as well.
This place isn’t fine dining but it’s a fantastic spot for lunch and the food is spot on!

We were warned by the other reviews: the place is not fancy but please give it a chance!!! The food is very good and so is the service!

Was told about this place by a local as a good restaurant for pizza. He was right. The pizza was amazing. We got the Tuscany which had sun dried tomatoes, meatballs, and spinach. The food was awesome. The service, not so much. Our waiter seemed great at first but after our food was brought out, he never came back. After waiting about 15 – 20 minutes for our drinks to be refilled, I went in to the bar to get them filled up. Our waiter was standing at he counter and said «oh I would have got that.» So I thought t would get better, wrong. We then waited for about another 10 minutes for him to come out because we needed a pizza box and our check. He still never came out. So again I walked in to ask about our check and a box, and him and another server (whom I hadn’t see wait on one person the whole time, only behind the counter) were eating. Another small thing is when I asked for a side of marinara sauce for my pizza, it was brought out cold. I’ve worked in pizza for YEARS and understand it being cold but they could have heated it up.
Pick your pizza up and take it home. It’s not worth the tip to eat in.

The B’s burger was one of the best I have ever had. The bacon was perfect. Lots of places use bacon that is too fatty. Bleu cheese, bacon snd blacken. Yum.

I could almost give this place 5 stars. It’s a bar with good food and service. As noted in other reviews, the inside is a bit shabby, but if that bothers you, eat outside.
The $ 5 lunch is great. I always get the Cajun fish sandwich. You get a lot of good tasting fish for your money.
The staff is super friendly and fast.
In an area where prices are always high, this place is a welcome change.

I went to Hurricane for lunch recently. They have some great lunch specials, $ 5 & up. The food is good & a good value for a quick, inexpensive lunch. It is nothing fancy, more of a laid back locals place. Has TV’s, pinball machines & pool tables. Tables inside & out. Service is only OK, kind of slow. Seems like they are understaffed for lunch (usually 1 bartender & 1 waitress). I would definitely go back.

Few days ago, my friends and I found this restaurant using Unilocal after our horrible experience at the Seven Mile Grill, where the waitress was extremely rude and unprofessional to us. Not sure what to expect, we decided to try this place out anyways since it was close by and really wanted to have a nice meal before heading back to Miami.
After we piled inside the door, we saw that the restaurant was pretty empty. We waited at the host stand for a few minutes before a waitress greeted us. She told us we can sit anywhere. A lot of the tables were assembled in different numbers’ seatings so we picked the one with 8 seats. Very convenient. We checked out the Miami Beach Lego pieces in the display, the arcade games, and TVs with different shows.
Soon, the waitress came back with menus. We asked her politely if we can do separate checks, she said she can do two’s (so total 4 checks for 8 people), which was fine. She gave us a few minutes to look at the menus and came back quickly with 8 waters and WITH lime wedges too. This already helped us feel better from our bad experience at Seven Mile Grill.
I decided to order from the lunch menu, which applies for everyday until 4pm I think. I got the Fish Sandwich blackened with macaroni salad. My friends ordered pizza, wings, burgers, dolphin fish sandwiches, curly fries, and more. The menu had quite a lot of options and the waitress was very knowledgeable about everything.
We chatted and watched the TV with the program showing people feeding nurse sharks, sting rays, and other animals, while waiting for the food. Later, a tall gentleman came with big trays of our foods. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. Not bad at all and we were so glad that we ended up coming to this restaurant. The waitress came by a few times to ask how we were doing and refilled our water cups automatically.
Overall, great experience. The waitress was fast, straight to the point, knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and professional. I think her name is Laura. Service was great. Food was delicious and fairly priced. 4 instead of 5 stars because it took a while for anyone to greet us at the host stand and the carpet in the restaurant smelled a bit. But definitely will come back again in the future if I am ever in the area. By the way, the lunch menu is awesome and only $ 5-​$ 6.

Surprisingly the pizza here was excellent with fresh toppings and really thin crust. I got the 16″ meat lovers special which was awesome and a pitcher of Diet Coke.
The restaurant side is great for kids because it is kinda divey so they can run around like banchees and not bother anyone or damage too much property. A slew of video and arcade games will keep them occupied while Mom and Dad chow down.
Definitely will be back because it definitely has a «Keys» vibe and good food.

They have the NFL ticket, and it was great since we were out of town. Chili was good but Luke warm. NFL wing deal was FANTASTIC. However we ordered Fireball shots and I would bet my first born they were watered down. The drafts were also like warm. Service was great, food was wonderful. An ok time.

Stopped in to watch NFL ticket while in the Keys. Food and drinks were good and prices were very reasonable. The bartender/​server was running her tail off, but was very friendly and made it through all the tables plenty often considering everyone there was watching football for a few hours.
The TVs were a little small by today’s standards but every game and a race were all on and all the fans were having a good time.

Pizza was delicious and staff is very friendly, I got the pig skin pizza and the shredded pork that was on the pizza was so tender. My husband got a pepperoni pizza and according to him the sauce was perfect and so was the crust! Wonderful place

The only late night pizza delivery in Marathon. Or at least remotely near our home. Fast delivery, which I loved. The pizza tasted good, but could’ve been a little toastier. There’s nothing better than a gourmet, toasty pizza. And this pie lacked that toasty crunch.

Old standby that stays as one of my favorites. Reasonably priced with good food and you can’t beat Thursday wing night for only 35 cents a wing! Good beer selection as well.

I saw adverts for live music in their bar, and I called to confirm the times for live music.
We went there after dinner… and no live music. The advertising was still out front, but the music was a no show. The wait staff just shrugged.
Fool me once.

Came in for dinner not realizing it was more of a bar. We were the only ones eating at tables and a few people at the bar. It’s bar food so that is what to expect. Wings were cooked too long and very hard and loaded nachos had a funky taste. Kids liked their chicken fingers and they had fun playing games.

A great dive restaurant. Good pizza and pleasant service. Worth stopping at. The Elvis shrine is optional.

We stopped by this place for lunch during our tour de Key. It was in a town called Marathon. They were just on the main Overseas Hwy. Really cannot miss them when you are a touring the Key. The have a beach theme décor here and be sure to check out the huge LEGO model they got.
We got a bunch of appetizers and sampled varies dishes there. Totcho was probably the most awesome dish I ever tried in a while, very simple but well executed. It was basically Tatar Tots with Nacho Cheese on top then sprinkled with bacon bites and green onions, comes with a side of sour cream. We also got some Curly Fries and Chicken Wings, those were good as well.
For main courses, we got some Philly Cheese Steak, a pizza, and Dolphin del Mar. The cheesesteak was pretty good, the meats were quality and tender, and the sandwich had nice flavor to it. The pizza was just ok. The dolphin meat tasted very nice… j/​k… I think it was a type of fish baked with crabmeat stuffed inside. Flavor was very nice, but rice underneath was ok.
Hurricane was an overall solid joint for some nice local cuisine. Service was decent too. I would definitely return here again when I am in the area.

I have been a regular here since 1997 thru several remodels and owners. This is most under rated bar in the middle Keys — - waitstaff and bartenders are great, prices good as is the food. Parking can be scarce on Thurs wing night, but you will find one.
This is where the locals eat and drink.

Jen was an amazing server. She was friendly and attentive. Re mahi was fresh and the pizzas were tasty. The key lime pie was exceptional.
