Very good upscale comfort food and pies. Nice presentation, wonderful flavors and great atmosphere. Worth an evening out from Austin.

Café 909 closed in Nov. 2008 — along with 3 other restaurants in Marble Falls that month! (Patton’s on Main, Cecil’s and one other… sad times!)

A bit of a drive out to the west in Marble Falls, but worth the drive.
Bill themselves as «Rustic Gourmet» with a mix of steaks, seafood and poultry and vegetable dishes. The Foie Gras starter was excellent as were the seared tuna and the grilled lamb ribeye. Finished with the Pistachio Parfait, which was awesome. Weak spots: limited choice of wines by the glass. At around $ 30 an entrée, $ 14 for our appetizer, a bit on the pricey end. No espresso.
