If you love chocolate(I’ve eaten chocolate all over the world, I eat it daily, and with the amount consumed, I consider myself an expert, LOL). do not miss a stop at Choccolatte’s… it’s worth the drive up from Austin just to go there. Each piece is an experience, oh yes! Lots of layers, in your mouth, the different aspects and tastes unfold, simply magnificent. If you’re into chocolate — plan to spend some time in here, you’ll want to savor the tastings and contemplate selections(so many are so delicious it is hard to choose, really, that good). I’ve been there during non-busy times and have enjoyed conversations with the proprietor, who has a passion for his art. The gelato is fantastic — I’d say it’s the best I’ve tasted as of this review, any where, any country. Seriously, you know when you go to a fancy big city restaurant for a $ 250 dinner? Well, this chocolate rivals that level of expertise. Raising my glass to Choccolatte’s in thanks and looking forward to my next visit.

This establishment is what a coffee shop is all about! When you walk in the front door, not only are you greeted by a friendly face, but also a slew of homemade confections, such as toffee, chocolates, cookies, and gelato. Oh… the gelato… The coffee is smooth, fresh, and just really good. I’m a black coffee guy and it hands down beats the crap out of the driveway sealer they serve at Starbucks. My wife likes the café mocha and says it’s the best she has had. The owners, Steve & Michelle, are wonderful people and really take pride in both their café as well as the products they serve(they also do catering, and that is top notch as well). This is a local business that has just the right recipe for a coffee shop. Go check them out!

Good coffee & yummy cookies. The gelato was too sugary for me but my family liked it.

The woman behind the bar never smiled and when I asked for 2 raspberry Macarons she took from the display, obviously confused, claiming she only had one of each flavor, really?! That’s cause it’s the display! But I didn’t argue with her, against my better judgement. So I paid $ 1.25 for the shit tiniest and hard as a rock macaron… I literally had to spit it out. I can’t tell you the last time I spit anything out. Just saying! Very disappointing to say the least. Luckily I won’t be back anytime soon!

I visited this awesome place earlier this year and fell in love with it! The English Pecan Toffee is out of this world! And the chocolate chip cookies are as well! I would have bought one of everything they had but had to hold myself back! Lol! The owner is a real people person and takes pride in everything he makes! I need to stop in there the next time I’m in Marble Falls!

The husband and wife that own this little shop are super sweet, jut like their delicious cookies and candy! I’ll be back! Everything is made right there in the store. That’s fantastic!

Great place for a sweet treat during your visit to Marble Falls. My wife and I had a lattes and the kiddos had gelato and a snickerdoodle cookie. The Pecan English Toffee is out of this world, take some to snack on for the trip home and buy some as a gift for someone you love.

We walked in on our way to eat lunch in another restaurant and instead of eating in our intended spot had homemade gelato and lemonade for lunch and took English Pecan Toffee to go. You have to stop if you are in Marble Falls and satisfy your sweet tooth! Very cozy and inviting place and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Holy cow! What a find. Almost everything in this little off-the-beaten-path sweet shop is homemade by the owner, and boy does he have some great ideas. The toffee is to die for. I don’t normally even like toffee but it has such a unique taste to it that I bought an entire bag. My two favorite things in the world — cookies and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups — were combined in the Reese’s Cookie which was generously-sized enough to split with friends. Other people in my part had homemade chocolates and coffee which they said were great. While we were enjoying our treats, the owner came over and offered us two samples of gelato; one salted caramel and the other salted chocolate. It only made me wish I got gelato too! I rarely go in a bakery or sweet shop where I literally want to try every single thing in the place, but Choccolatte’s is just that kind of store. I can’t wait for a return visit.

Stumbled on this place, and glad I did. Steve, the owner, handmakes everything, and it’s obviously a labor of love. Worth stopping by. Grab anything that catches your fancy — you will not be disappointed.
