I ordered the Philadelphia sushi roll and Thai tea. Overall, I was pleased with my meal but I honestly think the menu was pricey. I understand Asian restaurants are not abundant in Marble Falls, but speaking as a Thai person, I’m saying the food is priced an average of $ 3 – 4 more than what I’ve grown up seeing on menus elsewhere. If you’re willing to pay that because it’s authentic and tasty, great. But I still don’t think it’s worth the cost considering the atmosphere feels hole in the wall. I still give 4 stars because if money wasn’t a factor, this restaurant still offers good food.

This is a small family owned Thai restaurant with a lunch buffet that is included with anything you order. The lunch buffet is very small and a little strange because it has sushi, spring egg rolls, hot and sour soup, and salad. All were average items but I don’t really know how they tie into the Thai theme of this restaurant. I guess it’s all Asian? I ordered the green curry with tofu. The portion is very generous and the curry was a little thicker then other curries but the flavor was dense and I’d rather it be a little thicker then watered down. The tofu is cut large and the portion with the free rice is very filling. My husband ordered pad Thai but was given a completely different entrée due to miscommunication. He ate it anyway and was happy, I don’t know what it was appeared to be pad King or something rather. Looked like red beef with rice on the side. No noodles. The place is small and could be a little less cluttered and cleaner but overall good food and friendly service. The spice levels were all exactly as ordered. It’s in old town marble falls off second, very cute area to take a stroll.

There are two Thai food restaurants in town, they are both good ! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and location of this place. When I came in I realized there was Mexican music playing which was funny to me. The place did need to be deep cleaned however. I had chicken pad Thai and sparkling saki. Both were great .The servers were attentive which I really enjoyed. Good place to come !

Good Thai and sushi, especially considering that it is Marble Falls. The spice level is pretty tame as far as Thai food goes — but still good. We especially like the lunch menu with the salad, soup, and sushi bar. Friendly folks and good service — highly recommended!

So I went back and forth with the star rating on his for a while. It’s not the best Thai I’ve ever had in my life but we’re talking about marble falls here. There are not a lot places to eat in MF and there sure are not a lot of good places… And I really enjoyed this meal. A lot. The service was quite slow. They were busy yes, but because it was so slow it felt like I was there for ages! I looked at my mother and was like«Did they put shrooms in my tea, am I tripping balls? I feel like I’m in slow motion right now and this is all staged.» She said it had only been 25 minutes. No way, time warp there. The edamame was cooked perfectly. Not too squishy not too hard. Juuuuuasstt right. And the cheese rolls, even though it was just cream cheese it was super crispy and tasty. Super surprised. Seriously I didn’t have high expectations for this place so I’m Like woah. Ordered three curries, yellow, green and spicy spicy green and they were all fantastic. Creamy and rich. The meats were soft, even the pork. And tons of veggies. Lots of eggplant lots of carrots. So so good. I wish I would’ve tried their sushi but my mother is such a picky a-hole she wouldn’t have helped me eat it. So yeah. Great place. If you’re in marble falls this is the place to go.

We’ve been eating here weekly for well over a year. The Thai food is delicious and not too spicy. The grilled salmon is excellent! But I come here for the fish. They serve the best sushi in the hill country. The maguro, hamachi and salmon are always consistent. For appetizers we usually order the spicy tuna and salmon rolls. They’re the best ever. But definitely check out their other appetizers. The spring rolls and fried tofu make excellent vegetarian options.

I go here frequently during lunch because the lunch special is a great deal! My go to special is the Chicken Pad Thai extra hot. Good sushi and soup bar come with it as well. You will definitely leave satisfied for a great price!

What a difference a year makes! In town on business again, and thought I’d head back to this little place. I thought I remembered it being pretty good. Not today! The appetizer bar was basically bare unless you wanted greasy tempura vegetables. When anything else showed up, you had to sprint to get anything and the roll I was able to taste was, well… tasteless. I ordered a sumo roll that really fell short on substance and taste. Sorry… not going to visit this place again.

My boyfriend and I are from Houston, we stayed in Marble Falls to visit surrounding areas and came across this restaurant through Unilocal. The food is great! My boyfriend ate sushi, which he said was good. BUT, I got the yellow chicken curry and it was AMAZING! The flavor was phenomenal with each bite. We also got the egg rolls as an appetizer and loved the Thai spin on the Vietnamese roll. Also, another important note: the service was fabulous! Very fast and attentive. Our drinks were never close to being empty. Would recommend this to anyone staying in this area!

Food was terrible, cheese for salad was spoiled, we ordered flat noodle with garlic sauce it didn’t even have any flavor at all and wasn’t even hot temp. and noodles were not even cooked properly. Bad service didn’t even recommend to us if we would like to try something else. Staff makes no effort on good customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Best green curry outside of Bangkok. Owned/run by Thais. Don’t be afraid to go Thai spicy; perfect level of heat. Destination eating in MF. Love this place!!!

We had the spring rolls that where really good, the sea weed salad my wife enjoyed, the 7 piece sushi plate and the pad kee mao which was good. We enjoyed the dinner and the service was right on the mark. Great dinner

I came here awhile back with 2 of my cousins, my boyfriend and a friend for lunch. We weren’t expecting much. It’s small town sushi after all. But to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad! They have a little sushi buffet/bar thing with some pretty basic(but very good) rolls on it. Their list of lunch rolls is good. I honestly cannot remember what any of us had but I do remember that we all liked our food! The next time I find myself in Marble Falls I will absolutely give this place another try. Sushi in DFW is pretty comparable I must say!

YESYESYES. We were in Marble Falls and had planned to do the ‘infamous pie place’ but when detoured and had lunch here instead. Best. Peanut Chicken. EVAH. Perfect. Wafer thin tender chicken slices… Steamed vegetables that were JUST the right amount of crisp.(Not hard. Not soggy!) Flavorful and absolutely delicious. In fact, the server came over to ‘check on us’ and I sheepishly glanced down at my empty plate. We both laughed as I said, «yes. it was very good.» Hubby had combination fried rice which was also very good. They have a sushi and soup bar that was included in our meals but we didn’t really take part in.(honestly, our portions were more than adequate.) I did see they had small tapioca servings there though(which I love after peanut chicken) so it was nice to have just a little treat to cleanse the palette without having to order a full dessert. Honestly — this was my favorite meal while we were in Marble Falls. We’ll be back in the area next month and I will be skipping the Pie Place AGAIN because I would much rather have lunch here instead. Very casual. Come in. Relax. Enjoy.

Not authentic Thai food. It seems that it’s the only Thai place in the small hill country town. Since they don’t have any competition, they mix something and call it thai. It was ok, not bad tasting. Service was not Texas friendly but maybe there were having a bad day. It’s only an one time visit, if even that.

I could not wait to try this place. I love Thai food. LOVE it!!! So as it was listed as the Marble Falls top rated restaurant on Unilocal– no way could I not go. So I did– and took my mom and dad. Did it live up? Yes & no. Ambiance– Nice enough– small and quaint– cool part of town. Inviting atmosphere and clean bathrooms. As we were at the top of the dinner crowd we got to pick our own seat– awesome– love it when they say that ^,~ Food– Ok. So I’m a curry freak. Love. Me. Some. Curry. Especially yellow– my favorite! But I wanted to be able to try more than one– so since the waiter suggested that the panang curry was sweet(which I like) — my dad and I decided he’d order the yellow and I’d order the panang(with brown rice). Mom ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. We also had a few appetizers. Here’s the verdict. Edamame– pretty standard but I like that it was a lil on the saltier side. «Cheese Rolls” — not like the wontons you’re used to– but rolled up like an egg roll or spring roll would be. These are pretty tasty folks!!! Thom Yum Soup– very flavorful! Liked it!!! Pineapple fried rice(with chicken) — big portion– very good! Panang Curry– I found this to be totally FLAVORLESS! In fact I sent it back and asked for the yellow instead. Because I took one taste of my dad’s and… Yellow Curry– AAAAHHHHMMMAAAAZZZIINNNGGG!!! So so so so so good! One of the best I’ve had– and that’s saying something. Get. This. Stuff. Thai Tea– not the best I’ve had but still tasty!
Service– Here’s where the«No» kinda started. Not that they sucked. But an older gentlemen was our waiter. I’m not saying he was rude– but he was sooooo dry– Not a smile– even once– totally uninterested in us — seemingly uncaring– not very helpful when I asked for suggestions or inquired about certain items. And certainly was not happy when I wanted to exchange my curry. He wasn’t a jerk– but I don’t think he realized how much power he has to affect a dining experience. However– the younger staff were MUCH more friendly and made sure we were taken care of which I appreciated. Ultimately– if I come back to Marble Falls — I’ll be back for the YELLOWCURRY!!!
