I’ve done 2 loans through HNB Mortgage and they both went extremely smooth. They worked with me to determine what I could afford, provided a good faith estimate, a commitment letter, and great services all the way through to closing. I have heard many bad stories from friends that used other mortgage companies and my experience was so much better! The title company in Austin that I closed with also commented on how smooth it went working with HNB Mortgage.
I recommend them to everyone I know and they are always so happy with them as well. I have friends all over TX that use them, even though they are located in Austin, Dallas, etc. Everyone has always commented that they get the best rates and lower fee’s from HNB compared to other companies.

Suzanne Mayer is my «go-​to» for real estate lending. She services my clients all over central Texas and every day I hear compliments from past clients about just how good she is. Of course their rates are very very competitive and with in house underwriting it makes the process smooth and simple.
What I love most about Suzanne and the HNB team is that they know how to deal with wealthy clients and walk them through what is sometimes a gruesome process. She handles a large part of each transaction we work on together which gives me more time to spend selling real estate.
As a side not she has funded several loans for myself and family members. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Suzanne
