Just Yakin Kayak Rentals

We had such a wonderful experience renting kayaks from Just Yakin. They met us promptly at our appointed time and ensured we were properly outfitted in our kayaks. We received great advice on area sights and places to explore. We returned to the pick up sight and Just Yakin arrived early to ensure we had all the assistance we needed. Thanks Just Yakin, we’ll be renting again soon. :)

I wanted to express what a great experience I had with Just Yakin in Marble Falls, TX on 06÷23÷13. Just Yakin has a very clean website with clear instructions on what to expect and how to make your reservations by calling them. Initially, I received their voice mail, however, I had a return phone call back within five minutes. I spoke with Rick and he gave me very precise instructions on what to expect upon my arrival at the dock at our agreed upon time. He was already there upon my arrival with the kayak all ready to go. Rick was kind enough to give me options for the types of paddling I was looking to do in regards to an easy relaxing paddle vs. a more of a «work out» approach. He told me about landmarks I could use for timing, along with pointers on specific types of paddling style for specific types of exercise targets I was looking to do for fitness. I then set out and had an awesome four hour paddle. Upon my return, he was on time to pick up the kayak so I did not have to wait on him at all. I give Just Yakin a 5 Star rating. I can’t wait to go back! Easy to reserve, very reasonable rates, excellent equipment and, above all, beyond in customer service. Thank you Toni and Rick! I’ll see you again very soon~

What a great service offered by Rick and Toni! Not only did they make a reservation for us during the off hours, Toni called back the next morning to confirm and was able to accommodate an earlier time than originally planned. Good quality kayaks for a reasonable price — delivered on time and picked up on demand! This is what customer service is all about! Thanks for such a great experience on Lake Marble Falls!
