Out Back Party Rentals

Bob from Out Back Party Rentals came to our rescue TWICE!!! We had rented a tent from a different company and when they were setting it up the day before the wedding, we were told it was too small for the amount of guests we were going to have. So Bob brought in some extra tenting to make it big enough for everything to fit. Also, we had a slideshow at our rehearsal dinner and the venue provided the projector equipment. My husband could not get his computer to work to show the slide show on the projector so Bob quickly went to get his computer and set it up just in time for our rehearsal dinner. Bob was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend him for all your event rentals. Thanks Bob :)

Hey, it’s Marble Falls, there aren’t a lot of options out there. I think that’s why this company gets away with being utterly incompetent. I booked a rental with them months in advance, and a week before the wedding called in to make sure things were happening as planned. The girl at the office couldn’t find my reservation at first. When she finally did, she said that was because it was still not final. I had called the guy-​owner-​whoever (named Bob) to ask if he needed a credit card number, my mailing address maybe, and he’d told me oh no, not to worry, he didn’t need anything. Well, he never completed the order. The girl I talked to got the necessary info, sent me a new and final order. The morning of the event I still don’t have a good feeling about my supplies arriving on time, so I give them another call. Oh, they’d taken everything to the wrong spot. A few hours later, they arrive with a bill that’s $ 100 more than what I’d been quoted. And can’t explain why, because the math didn’t add up. Terrible. We did get the chairs we needed, and they were set up, but not without a ton of hassle.
