I called Manny at Guardian because I thought I might have bedbugs. He returned my call promptly, gave me the basic info over the phone as to what I should expect in terms of costs, and was at my house within 45 minutes to do an inspection. I found him very honest, up front, and he explained all the steps that go into a treatment. He even helped me carry my box spring outside. I also liked that he seemed very knowledgeable about the various approaches to bedbug control, and he was not too trigger-happy when it came to spraying chemicals. Although I hope never to need a pest control operator again, I will call Manny at Guardian.
