This condo is is the middle of the Island and central to everything, but most importantly it’s located on the beach next to Residents beach. This ideal location allows for peace and quite, with one of the best views of the Gulf from most of the units. An older building that has been completely remodeled from inside out, this is a great place to stay. Many rentals are obtained from the inside as most owners do not advertise and are cautious as to who they give the keys to, however, it you inquire, you shall find some really good deals and a nice place to relax on the beach.
