I ate here twice while on vacation with my family, and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious and came out pretty quickly. They make their own bread which is great. Egg sandwiches are great! Priced fairly!

Hoots provides a consistently excellent product. I have enjoyed every menu item that I have eaten here, with the Tex-Mex salad being my favorite dish on the Island! The owner/manager is a very open, receptive guy. He greets everyone as his friend, which adds to the very cozy atmosphere of the place. Don’t miss this place!

Nice place! Clean, excellent service and food was delicious! I had an omelet, hash browns, and fruit, and it was excellent. The sandwiches looked so good, I want to go back for lunch. Would definitely recommend.

I ate the crunchy french toast with strawberries here while on vacation, March 7th at 11:30AM(party of 3). Shortly thereafter had a terrible bout of food poisoning that left me nauseous and vomiting for 2 – 3 days afterwards… was a total nightmare. Was up all night on day one… puking my guts up. Ruined the last portion of my vacation. Never again.

Definitely an experience for anyone under 40 — at least for Sunday Brunch. The place is bumpin with seniors who definitely frequent the place and are known by name. Has that small town diner feeling but in a good way. The owner, Bruce(we think), is very hospitable and the service is great. Food is more price for value(large portions) …ordered crispy French toast and chicken fried steak — good and sharable. Note, would give 2.5 based on service.

Breakfast yesterday lived up to expectations based on reviews. Great menu with every kind of combination. Sausage patties had just a bit of a kick. Hash browns nice and crispy. 15 minute wait for a table but after that service very efficient.

Very solid breakfast where the locals go. Service was excellent. Recommend with Andoulli Scramble. Everything else is reliable if not particularly imaginative.

We got here in just in time! You know it’s a local favorite when there is a line out the door and a half hour wait for a Sunday breakfast! It doesn’t look like much, but the food is great. Get the crunchy French toast, you won’t be disappointed.

As Marco island frequenters, this is one of the best breakfasts we’ve had. My father orders crab cake Benedict quote often for breakfast and said Hoot’s’ was the best by far. My mother being a «grits connoisseur» as she so humbly said, said the grits were remarkable. I had the crunchy French toast which had an indescribable flavor. Definitely will return.

Great breakfast, clean place with very friendly staff. Hoots is our favorite spot for hot coffee, tasty breakfast and at a reasonable price. Lots of choices, French toast is exceptional because it’s made on their homemade bread. Love it!

My husband and I went here for breakfast every morning of our recent four-day weekend on Marco Island. Well, almost. And I regret not going back before we left to drive home. Literally –everything here is good.- It’s genuinely hard to believe, but true. Some things you can order here might be LITERALMIRACLES. Other things will just be tasty. Surely their country fried steak is divinely inspired. It was literally the best country fried steak I’ve ever eaten.(Sorry, Mom) That gravy? Five all day. Shut up and take my money. I also loved the French toast(which you can order crunchy? is this a crunchy breading??? I might not ever know I can’t even…) and their home fries. Fans will know I have serious potato needs. You could say I’m an elitist. Hoots has ballin home fries. Represent. Service is so fast you’ll get whiplash. Coffee could be better, but could definitely be worse. I’ll dream of you, Hoots, I’ll dream of you.

Went here for a late lunch to meet family. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a table for 6. It was worth the wait. Peal and Eat shrimp were amazing! and the fresh seafood is exactly what it states«Fresh» Service was good once seated. this place is not good for large crowds. Check out the bathroom you can take a shower. lol

Great breakfast, fast service, friendly staff. I ordered the andouille sausage scramble. It was very tasty and Came with a side of rye toast and rice & beans. The toast was excellent. The coffee, bacon, and HASHBROWNS were very good as well. Great spot for a quick breakfast.

The food was delicious and service was outstanding. The owners take care of their customers. The Mac and cheese was yummy. The pancakes were fluffy. The eggs were cooked just right. I think I will try the French toast next!

Here’s the simple review-If you’re going to go out for ONE good breakfast while in Marco Island, FL. make SURE it’s at Hoot’s. It was easily the best breakfast we had while on our trip. On the day we went to Hoot’s we got a late start since we were just going to hang at the beach all day. My wife asked where we should go and I had two choices — NeNe’s and Hoot’s…both had great reviews, but I was really intrigued by the Crunchy French Toast I read about in a number of reviews… so it HAD to be Hoot’s.(Sadly, I never got to NeNe’s…next time!) My wife and daughter kept it simple-a couple of eggs, hash browns and toast… my wife added a side of bacon-crispy, but more for all of us to get a taste. My son ordered the pancakes… and said he never wanted to eat at IHOP again unless their pancakes tased like the ones at Hoot’s. Fluffy, full of flavor, and just the right serving size for my son. The bacon and hash brows I tasted were excellent as well. So, the Crunchy French toast. I put in my order(and a side of grits… love me some grits when I’m down south) after asking the waitress about it. Normal French Toast, coated in crushed corn flakes, then cooked like normal French Toast. Ummm, sign me up for this on every trip I ever take to Marco Island. I love French Toast, I’ve loved it since I was a kid and my Mom would make it for us. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast so a change like this to one of my favorite meals might have caused hesitation… but I had confidence. My first bite brought a tiny bit of skepticism because of the texture… but then the taste really sunk in and I was hooked. Not only was it an amazing new way to eat French Toast, but they gave me three HUGE pieces… Sadly, I actually left some on the plate-I couldn’t finish. Great food, excellent service, and friendly prices… no tourist gouging here. Give Hoot’s a try-you’ll be recommending it like I just did…
