rented bow rider for day… reasonable price — was told boat had ipod jack, radio, speakers… get there and the boat did not even have radio… they assumed comping me 3 bags of ice made up for the BS… rented here since closer to house i rented, next time will drive the 35 mins to Naples Bay Resort — boats there are nicer and the staff is awesome… the General Manager was a dick at Hideaway…
i’d bring your business elsewhere… they are angry, rude, and really don’t care about their customers…

Our friend called in ahead for estimate on 300 hour service for 2 Mercury outboard engines. He was quoted $ 700-​$ 800 for each. Final bill = $ 2995.00. Call elsewhere.

Stored a boat here. Great in town location. BUT Staff is rude, service department is less than attentive to detail, and in season, much too congested.
We lasted about four months, moved to another Marina in Isle of Capri. Much better service, and the employees don’t snarl at you. Stay away from these guys. They are angry!
