When we last left our hero, Cassandra the Super JEEP, she was stranded on the streets of Philadelphia. With a quick call to Rick’s Auto, a (not so) gentle nudge and the pop of a clutch, she was on her way to the JEEP doctors. When Cassandra and her sidekick (me) arrived at Rick’s, Billy not only explained what was wrong with our hero, but also, explained the repairs, costs and expected wait time before she was back out on the streets. All kidding aside, their prices are fair, the shop is clean and Billy and John are two of the nicest guys out there. I don’t think you could ask for much more in a repair shop. Except maybe that custom cape and superhero mask for my Wrangler. Thanks again guys for saving the day!

We couldn’t be happier with the service at Rick’s. It is nice to have found a mechanic we are confident in where we don’t feel like we are being possibly overcharged for unnecessary work. Billy is personable and able to speak in non car talk when you have questions.
