Wow, I can’t believe there are no reviews for this place yet. The owner of the company, Steve Krebs, is one of the most amazing and knowledgeable people I know. Not just on fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention but also on motivating and inspiring people and really just life, in general. And the other two trainers, Bree and Gina, do not fall short of this by any means. Between the three of them, there is a perfect balance that is tough to find. The environment embodies all of the toughness you would want from a boot camp class yet the atmosphere is so welcoming. I had no idea what I was getting myself into upon arrival six months ago. I had never heard of a kettebell, the TRX, or the beloved burpee. I was afraid the fellow boot campers would be intimidating and competitive and found the complete opposite. All of the women(and occasionally men!) at Next Level are fully supportive and truly want to see everybody succeed. I see all sizes, shapes, and different fitness backgrounds but no one walks away saying that was impossible(mind power, people!). Don’t get me wrong, NONE of the workouts have ever been easy, but we are challenged to the levels that are right for us because most of the training is based on our own body weight. I thought I was only going to take boot camp(there is also personal training) until I reached my fitness goals. Now that I have reached them, I find myself not only wanting to continue on but I am currently writing new goals and finding ways to push myself harder, in ways that I would have never imagined I was capable of six months ago.
