Draintech Plumbing and Sewer

The wife and I purchased a new house early this year and after 3 days the sewer backed up while running our first load of laundry. We hired some «other guys» during the emergency to rod out our line and got charged an insane amount of money. We called for a second opinion after the «other guys» said they wouldn’t guarantee their work after running into some snags with our system and it could be a day or a year before it backs up again. We found out just how bad it could get by calling the WRONG guys, don’t make the mistake we did and call DrainTech for all of your plumbing issues!!!
We got a hold of Thurman to come out and take a look, right from the start we felt at ease with the responses we were given. Thurman was even able to start his days early so we wouldn’t have to miss any time for our work. While fixing our sewer line in 2 spots, Thurman made sure we were both kept in the loop as the project advanced, sending us hourly updates with images. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with DrainTech and Thurman! After our plumbing issue was resolved we are confident that we have found a plumber for the rest of our days! They were quick to come out and give us an estimate, were very reasonably priced for the work they did, and went above and beyond what they had agreed to do. They were great at keeping us informed in what was going on with the repairs and the city (we had our water line replaced). We will be using them from now on for all our plumbing needs. It’s rare to find a company that takes care of their customers the way they did.
