I purchased a refrigerator from these people and when we were checking out and talking about delivery (for a charge) she (owner) asked if we would be removing and disposing of the old one. I said no, but if your delivery guys would move it to the garage that would be great. She said for $ 25! I told her to keep her appliance and the sales person jumped in & they waived it. Consequently, we purchased our new ovens, dishwasher and stove top /​vent from grand, much better experience.

Buyer beware. Helen has sold Lindow’s to Plass Appliances. The Plass chain has multiple locations and numerous complaints of not being able to deliver, failure to stock parts, but quick to take your money and then not meet delivery specifications. After a week of getting the run around on an appliance the sales person told me they can only order by email and the «warehouse» will not talk to them by phone. No longer the 30 years of service multiple sides of my family have found exceptional at Lindow’s. They still use the Lindow name on invoices, but credit cards are charged to Plass and extra things were added that were not ordered.
