We were so lucky to have accidentally met Rene before we started looking for a shore house. She not only showed us what we wanted to see but more importantly showed what she thought would really work for us. She ended up being so right and put my family and I in an absolutely beautiful house that we never would have thought of without her. She is one of the most honest and kind people I know. After closing, she has continued to be a wonderful presence and sounding board for new ideas. She is always there for whatever we need. I cannot be more positive about this review!

This review is SO easy. Rene Kane (and every company member) are the utmost professionals, highly ethical, knowledgeable, candid and warm. We have used them on two shore home transactions so far and were delighted with the experience and end-​results. Unlike other shore realtors, Rene takes a personal interest in every client, remains deeply engaged during the process and laser focused on total customer satisfaction (even after the sale). We have referred numerous friends to Rene Kane and have received excellent feedback and compliments. Besides all her awards and achievements (I noticed 15 plaques on her office wall including Philly Mag’s 5 Star Agent), she continues to takes a very active role in HER community (25+ year resident of Margate) and the well-​being of less fortunate residents.
