These people operate under the name itsfaxtime. I paid them 100% in ADVANCE and they were supposed to send out 8 series of faxes to customers. Rochelle who set up the account was rude and unprofessional but i still gave her a chance when I hired them. I emailed them (and have all the emails) explicit instructions on what to send as i was out of the country for a month. They took that opportunity to rip me off. They sent the first 2 faxes correctly but did not provide the reports they promised for me to see how many went & how many bounced. The next two faxes they sent incorrectly. They have not sent the last 4. i have emailed them about a dozen times and have called them about ½ dozen. Jerry Faoiro is supposed to be the manager, but he has refused to fix it. When I finally got him on his cell he was a yelling maniac. He said they did not respond to me because I bothered them and that i was just a soccer mom. Really? First that is an insult to soccer moms everywhere. Next i have 3 companies, 110 employees, a college degree, was a leader in my industry and VP of sales at a $ 500 million company. These people are crooks. DO NOT USE THEM. When i spoke to Jerry he sounded like a drunken maniac that threatened me. Can I give them zero stars?
