asked to change a water shut off valve in a condo unit came and said it was building problem and could do job for $ 475 rather than $ 800;‘when referred to building president he did not accept. Second plumber called in and quoted $ 150 to change valve as that was the only problem. Round the clock charged unit owner $ 97 to give an incorrect diagnostic which should have been a job done for $ 150-​$ 200 including the $ 97 charged. this is an outright effort to upsell uneccesary repairs. Do not use this plumber
