This store is very old and unorganized. I never see more than one person on the floor. Cashier has to ring sales and help patrons needing to get anything that’s behind glass cases. It can be frustrating if you’re in a rush. I haven’t experienced rudeness, but I avoid this store if I can in favor of the newer ones. I feel they carry more items.

The staff is always helpful and super nice. That is not the issue here. The issue is this store is so outdated. It looks like one of the old Eckard stores as opposed to a CVS. I don’t like the way things are grouped together and there are other stores with better selections.

horrible service!!! i bought something in gainesville and used two tablets from the allergy medicine! two. the cashier said she can’t take it. i guess someone doesn’t understand their customer policy! she’s telling me it’s INJUSTICE. ARE YOU SERIOUS? SO I guess as a customer we don’t have the rights to try a products!
