Mattress Firm Margate

My husband and I purchased a mattress today from Jody and it was delivered already! Jody was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress for us. We actually went to several other stores to compare the comfort and of course the best price for us. Mattress firm was by far the best value. Jody also did a very good job of showing us mattresses that were in our price range and ensuring we had exactly what wanted based on our needs.

We just recently bought a mattress for our guest room and decided to go to Mattress Firm for their Labor Day sale. We were greeted by Joseph Boudreaux one of the three salesmen in the store that Monday. He was very helpful and friendly showing us several mattresses with various firmness and price ranges. He explained the differences of each one and allowed us time to decide which one we wanted. He explained all our options that were offered by Mattress firm, including delivery, guarantees, and warranty. We were able to get the bed delivered the next day. The delivery men called stating they would be at my house within twenty minutes and arrived actually in ten minutes. They were friendly and quickly removed our old bedding replacing it with our new one. Before leaving they asked us to check the bed to make sure everything was alright. I must say this was a very pleasant experience. Both the purchase price of our mattress and the people that help us were great. I would recommend them to my friends and will use them again. I walked into Mattress Firm because there seems to be literally one on every corner. I had just purchased a new king sized bed frame and was in need of a mattress right away. I visited the store at approximately 11/​1130am.
Upon first walking in I was greeted by the salesman and asked what I was interested in. Being that this was my first time shopping for a brand new mattress, I was not sure what I was interested in and the salesman was very understanding of that. He asked me about the features I was interested in for a mattress and the price limit that I had.
He was so helpful with considering my price range and the features I needed and he was very thorough with explaining all of the pros and cons of each mattress. He worked diligently to get me the best deal possible as well as adding on (or subtracting rather) any additional savings that he could. I received my mattress at about 630p.m. that night. WHAT A FAST TURN AROUND. I was ecstatic about the customer service because I am a big customer service buff. They even offered snacks and water during my time their in the store.
I definitely recommend this company to others. The prices, in my opinion, seemed reasonable (pricey but fair).
