FYI — THIS COMPANY IS SO BUSY THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS SO DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME CALLING THEM. I called this company two times got voice mail during regular hours. Left a voice message never called me back. Today, called again told girl what I was looking for. She acknowledged they do that kind of work. Then put me on hold after speaking with someone. I was told not interested in doing a re-​surface job. They are busy for at least 6 months out. This sounds more like a blow off.

This review is for New Image. They of course contract out parts of the pool process to others which is important too. Our pool is now twelve years old. Looks and functions wonderful. Sales person was Mike at the time. He did a great job selling us the salt chlorination system. At the time concrete cool deck or spray deck was the choice for the deck. Although we are glad we made this choice instead of pavers there are defects to the spray deck that the contractor did and now difficult to even have them come back an fix. We have paid to have it sealed with normal wear. The peeling of the cool deck/​spray deck surface is what they don’t even want to fix and we are asking just for quote and willing to pay of course for the repair. The pool itself is wonderful. I would say they are good for pools but need to hire another deck person for pavers. I have another review for the contractor, Pheonix Construction who I do not recommend.

We just had our pool refinished and the quality of the work done was outstanding. We bought our house which had been a rental property for a number of years and the neglect of the previous owner was evident throughout. The pool was in rough shape and the transformation is incredible.
We had the old coping and tiles removed, the marcite sand blasted. We then had new tiles and coping installed and the whole pool resurfaced with diamond bright. We had several quotes for the job and this quote was the most reasonable. The people who came to work on the pool were polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. Dealing with the office was a pleasure and our job finished ahead of schedule and at the quoted cost.
If you are looking to have your pool repaired, I would highly recommend this company.
