When someone passes it’s very hard to decide on the right course of a burial or cremation unless the person had a living will…
I called several places and found Serenity funeral and cremation. I spoke to a girl named Kayla. She walked me through the process and gave me some really good advice. My mom was too distraught so I did all the calling. I found out that Serenity is one of the few mom and pop style funeral homes left. It’s not corporate run.
After meeting with Kayla and going over the different options, we chose to cremate my dad. My mom is going to have another service up north, and this was the best way to do both. Kayla was very compassionate and sympathetic to your needs. There was no middleman so the prices were acceptable… I felt Serenity really tried to work with my family and made a very difficult process a little bit easier…
I would highly recommend this funeral and cremation company…
