I just wanted to leave an update, because I posted a rating based on how I was feeling at then time. I actually really did like this place upon leaving. The staff is wonderful, there is a wait but it’s worth it :)

Few seating. he’s very busy. called in morning and did get same day treatment. the staff was very helpful and nice. and this place was cheaper than the last dentist we went to!

If you have a 815 appointment you’ll still be waiting at 10:30 and you still won’t be seen the receptionist will just tell you to reschedule for the following week he’s in he’s a nice dentist always overbookingso do yourself a favor find a new dentist

Dr Mautner ’ s office has a ton of good and a bit of bad. The good: he takes walk in emergencies and he tries to help everyone. Bad: because of this you may have to wait a bit.
Really though, who doesn’t wait in Dr offices?

My daughter and I have been a patient of Dr Mautner for over four years and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff.
I have had every type of procedure done from extractions to cleanings and denture partials done in his office.
He is a great dentist. Very thorough and professional
A real good guy. He was extremely patient with my daughter as well. She is not good with dentists but he made her feel very comfortable and for once did not cry from fear.
We all know how we don’t like going to the dentist but we both love going to his office knowing we are in good hands.
He even calls you at home if you need his advice after hours which most Drs won’t take the time to do!
His staff is the sweetest group too. They are also very professional and don’t rush you off the phone or out of the office. Always smiling and in good spirits. My daughter is actually going to dental school in college and said when she graduates she wants to go work for Dr Mautner.
I highly recommend this dentist as I have sent my friends and family already to him and they all are pleased with him too.

Worst dental experience I have ever had! I had to have a tooth removed prior to an implant and I felt like the dentist was so hurried.
He came in and gave me my injections so harsh and quick that I was shaking… I am a person and he acted like I wasn’t even there. He came back to pull the tooth and was yelling to a receptionist while working on me… there was no dental assistant with him and he even stopped to send a text.
I could hear my tooth cracking as he pulled it out and said «ok it done all set» whole I’m shaking like a leaf. I would never go there again!

Good dentist but get ready to wait. I Always wait at least 20 mins.
Dental hygienist is super fast.
