I always come here first when I need a costume. It has never let me down! Where else can you find a bright green suit jacket, or neon pink tights? They run some good discounts, so these costumes are almost free! Other than that, I havent done much shopping here. They do have lots of furniture and knock knacks. Sales associates just do their thing, they are not there to help you, just put merchandise out and tidy up the place. Speaking of that. It is messy, because it’s always busy, but you can see employees try to keep it clean.

Let’s face it everyone likes a good bargain. As the old adage goes one man’s junk is another mans treasure. I found myself at the Salvation Army in Margate looking for something pink and boots for my pirate outfit. spring break is approaching quickly. I found the greatest pantsuit that someone altered and the length of the pants fit perfectly. I had to buy it. pretty in pink. I was also looking for a pair of boots for my outfit when we take over the Liberty Belle. found those also. The pantsuit is such a pretty shade of pink and the boots are just above my ankle. walked away feeling like a princess and a pirate. under 17 dollars for both who says thrift shopping isn’t fun tell them they haven’t been to the Salvation Army.

Going on lazy Saturdays has become a bit of a ritual. It happens to be «half off everything» day. I’ve found alot of good deals on some of my favorite cookbooks, khakis, name brand shirts even Panthers jerseys. And the way the kid outgrows everything quickly, it’s perfect.

This is the most overpriced thrift store I’ve ever even to! Just a whole bunch of used stuff that they want retail price for! Wedding album? $ 10! Crystal cup? $ 8! Jewelry box? $ 15! Psh I can get that stuff 20 years newer and without the stench of smoke and cat on it at big lots Overall, a large room filled with way overpriced goods for a thrift store holding your usual old, unwanted goods
