On 6÷25÷15, I tried to figure out why my bill was so high. Debbie was as rude as anyone I’ve ever spoken to and offered no help. She acted like I should know why the bill changed and expected me to just accept it and hang up. When I said I wanted to cancel service, she argued about the internet speed I get and then just said ok and abruptly transferred me to Katie. Katie put me on a silent hold with no warning for 15 minutes before I hung up. I then tried online and had to speak to Jean W, Jim B, and Robert K before finally getting the issue resolved. It was as simple as switching to ebill in order to reduce the monthly cost. No need for all the hassle. Took over an hour of my day. Robert K was great. But overall terrible customer service from the company, especially the dynamic duo on the phone.

Hardly any problems in the last 2 years we have been using service. Fast customer service and friendly yet professional. I grabbed a great deal for phone and internet for 3years.
