Another monopoly in the lovely state of Arizona. These guys are the equivalent of SRP with their ridiculous fees and deposit amounts. I don’t understand why they don’t accept letters of credit from other utility companies as proof of your ability to pay in a timely manner. Furthermore why is there even a checkbox on their application for this if they do not accept it!!! The deposits are ridiculous and holding a deposit for 2 fricken years is even more ridiculous. Every other state that I have lived in accepts letters of credit. Crooks!

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Maricopa, AZ
I was disappointed to find out that in Maricopa, I could only get ED3 service. This company just doesn’t really have it together– and for a utility that means woe for the customer. Their website is very unprofessional and I’ve had multiple billing problems because of it. It’s seriously looks like a 12 year old put it together, or a first time business owner. Good luck trying to find the information you need. As much as I love writing out and mailing a check every month, it would be super great if they can get their automatic billing to start working properly. As far as reliability, we’ve had pretty good up time with a few exceptions. But when they came to swap out my meter, we did have an outage and they didn’t bother contacting us. Just shut down the power to the house for several hours without notice. There’s no reason they can’t send a quick call or text message, or even an email. At the end of the day, it’s not like you have other choices…
