Totally electronics also known as radio shack here in Maricopa, has to have the worst customer service anywhere in town by a mile. Went there on Friday to purchase a power cord for a laptop 67.00 after tax and was told by josh behind the counter that it would work no problem After some small talk i made a remark how expensive it is and would be cheaper online. i decided to get it anyways cause i needed one and it was universal. i then made the remark how the computer probably isn’t worth the purchase. that’s were the fight started and escalated into him telling me my life is invalid and the customer is wrong how i need to shut up and take the advice of my betters. How fucking rude can u be? How unprofessional and completely wrong of him! i don’t have a problem with people not agreeing with me i welcome the debate but to speak to me as if i was a child and to insult not only my intelligence but my existence as a human being is uncontainable. Over something as trivial as disagreeing on whether to buy a new computer or to upgrade that’s right folks we disagreed on whether you should by a computer or upgrade the old. I said buy a new not worth the trouble of always fixing the old. His argument was to keep upgrading the old«all his machines are 15 years old and working great» Tthe part did not even work, and to add insult to injury he will not return the power supply saying it is against store policy. The receipt says they will but he will not. All because he had an issue with me the day before! He went as far as taking my merchandise he refused to return put it outside so i would leave and then locked the door with other customers inside. worst business ever. Apparently this self-entitled jerk Josh Beasley acts this way because he is the owner’s son. Mommy and daddy own like 5 business in town and he gets to be an asshole to their customers. Carol Beasley and Ron Beasley from Beasley enterprises who own several other business in 85138 zip code need to get there asshole son on a leash

I purchased a phone from the AZ Mills location and took it home. It did not work and I took it to the Maricopa store. They looked at the receipt and said I have to go back where I got it as it cannot be returned there. I drove all the way out to AZ Mills and tbey said any Radio Shack store is supposed to take a return with a receipt. They said we have had issues with Maricopa refusing returns in the past. Needless to say, we have not gone to that or any other Radio Shack since and they wonder why the chain is struggling to stay alive.

My wife’s computer was running very slowly. Took it over to Joshua at the new location by frys market place. Not only was he able to get it running. He made this computer better than when I bought it. Gave me plenty of advice and put a cleaning program to prevent future problems. I will be bringing all my computers to Joshua for service. Sure beats spending hundreds on a new unit when he can update mine for $ 65.00. I will be back! !!!

I was advise by a cable company to get a product that radio shack carries. When I bought this product I asked if this isn’t the one I wanted can I return it. I was advise SUREBRINGITBACK! So one day later it’s not what I needed. Was told to come back when manager is here which I did. I was advise there will be a 35% restock fee on a item that was 80. Be very careful with this place they rip people off the store manager told me I should read everything I signed. I thought I was give promision to run my card never again will I go to him… Horrible place!!!

We bought an item at the Ahwatukee Radio Shack and tried to return it at the Maricopa Radio Shack, because we live in Maricopa. They refused to refund our money even with a legitimate receipt! And they were rude. Tried to say the debit card numbers weren’t right or «didn’t match»(they did), then quoted some 10-day rule. We finally took the item back to Ahwatukee and got a refund with no problem. I will never shop at the Maricopa Radio Shack because of their rude and condescending attitude — the last thing they want, apparently, is to get and keep a good customer.

I needed a PC to TV converter and this was the only store close to me that had the product in stock. I got it home and the it turned out not to be the item I needed for the application. So I went to the Casa Grande Radio Shack to return it and they would not take it back because the store where I purchased it is privately owned and they have different policies. So I went back to the Maricopa store and they returned it but charged a 25% restocking fee. This was a $ 100 item so that wasn’t to great. I remember asking the owner when I was making the original purchase if I could return it in Casa Grande and he assured me it was ok. Regular RS’s do not charge restocking fee’s for these types of items. So I will never purchase from a privately owned RS and definitely not the Maricopa store again.
