IF FIXING A SMARTPHONE WAS AS SIMPLE AS ASSEMBLING A «LEGOS PLAYSET «this place MAY be able to do it.
I took an iPhone 5 with a cracked screen in for replacement and left with BROKEN PHONE, a NEW BATTERY, that «BOB knows PHONES» in Buckhead says NEVER NEEDED REPLACING … A cracked screen and 2 – 3 Hours of my life lost! And $ 49 diagnostics and $ 25 for the worthless battery! Buyer beware! They are nice people but have hardly any test equipment NOR training !!!
Took the SAME IPHONE TO «BOB KNOWS PHONES «on Peachtree the next Morning and 30 minutes later walked out with my phone back working…
The winner and amazing repair facility in Atlanta is «Bob Knows Phones»!!! Save your time and RUN from 404 for any services! You will be so sorry!
