I wish I could write a review, but I can’t because after 4 weeks of waiting for their estimate after examining my issue, they came back and said my problem was «out of scope.» So, while the work that they do may be fine, their lack of communication or respect for my time was not acceptable. They didn’t return voice mails or emails. I had to proactively call them and hope that someone answered. When they did, they continued to tell me that they would get back with me and then another week would go by without any contact.

A-​1 Concrete Leveling does what is sometimes referred to as «mud jacking.» The process involves injecting concrete slurry underneath a sagging concrete slab, which causes the existing slab to rise. Jay Kiger owns the business and he is top notch, standing behind his company’s work all the way. On the day of the service, Mark and Charles came over and examined my own situation, which was a bit unusual. They were dubious of what could be accomplished, but they jumped on the task with vigor. A couple of hours later, my concrete slab had been raised, leveled, and vastly improved. The Stair-​rails that were attached to the slab were also repaired due to the slab being raised. Success!
