AFC Home Warranty

my rating of this company is a negative star if there is such a thing!!!
do not purchase a home warranty with this company!!! they are unprofessional, ignorant and have no business calling themselves a home warranty company, they just take your money and no service. they don’t know their products or anything about appliances and just deny claims — without knowing what is going on. i had to wait for a return call to see if my claim was legit from a manager? who does that?
this was my first claim — for my washer and you denied the claim:???
also to cancel your warranty, you have to send a certified letter to 1337 canton rd., suite b, marietta, ga before they will cancel — certifief letter!!!
stay far away from this company — the are awful!!! the should not be in business.
