ANDY OnCall

We had several quotes from different contractors to help us with our bathroom remodel. All of them were way out of our budget. We were referred to Andy On Call by our plumber, and when we called them, the woman who answered was friendly and clear about their schedule, telling us that it would likely be up to 10 days before someone could come look at our project. Then, just a few days later, she called back and we had someone there the next day. The tile specialist, Taylor, was professional, friendly, thorough and quick. He gave us a great quote and started work right then. He was very tidy and organized and explained every part of the process to us. He came back today to finish, and he was as nice, friendly and thorough finishing the job as he was starting it. He finished on time and well under our budget and right on target with the original quote for the work. We were thrilled with Taylor and Andy On Call. We will definitely be calling on them again!

First off, the handyman that came out and that I hired, Brian, was great. However, I had responded to a coupon in the mail that was $ 25 any service of $ 100 or more labor only. The quote I received for the work was, of course, $ 95. I called the office and spoke to Didi Johnson, the owner. Not only was she exceptionally rude, but she was also completely unprofessional. I had suggested it a somewhat suspicious business practice that the quote (s) come in amazingly just under the qualifying discount amount, and she responded that 1) This isn’t a conspiracy, and 2) She could raise the price to $ 120 and then give the $ 25 off coupon! Ridiculous. Eventually, she agreed to make the price $ 100 and honor the $ 25 off, though she was exceedingly sarcastic through the entire conversation.
I then wanted to ensure that her contractor was not penalized for this, and said he wouldn’t be. I said «that’s good.» She responded, «No, it’s not good, Happy Thanksgiving.» She then hung up on me.
Too bad I won’t use Andy OnCall again. The work done was good. But the incredibly poor service from the owner lost a customer.

Terrible… People show up, but no one ever gets back to you with a quote. They sent 1 guy, he quit, then another and he never called back. waste of time
