Dr. Bain specializes in geriatric care, after accompanying my Grandmother on several visits he and his staff have the worst follow through and quite frankly don’t care about their patients. However his billing to Medicare is quite impeccable even charging extra for spending more time with his patients. If you are looking for quality care for your self or your family please look elsewhere.

Although this is my PCP, I do not recommend this office due to Dr. Bain’s disinterested, borderline rude staff and the fact that they are incapable of executing the most simple tasks in a timely fashion. It took me several weeks to get a referral for derm, and they sent over the referral without the pathology report. Each time I spoke with Joy she was defensive and dismissive, rather than professional and capable — yet she was in the wrong, as she had confirmed she sent the path report, but never had. This is the reason people don’t seek proactive medical care. It is cumbersome, annoying and when you are treated by careless medical staff, it makes you retisant to have more serious tests or surgeries performed, as this type of attitude is as viral as whatever ails you.
