Put order on layaway. .in jan 2015… after paying it off. had to wait for actual item to come in from supplier which took over a month. When I inquired I was offered a substitute. .which was declined. quality didn’t come up to the item they advertised. On Monday 4÷27÷15 finally received bunk beds. .only to something I didnt order. .delivery person refused to come bsck and get it… was informed what I had ordered had been discontinued. When asked if setup fee could be waved they wanted me offer some pillows. .unacceptable for something that was their mistake. …big hassle dealing with this establishment. I filed complaint with BBB

Well, I never expected that low prices meant gorgeous furniture and a commitment to good service. I have to tell all of my friends how they must run to AFBF Marietta to get the most out of their money they spend on furniture.

I received a good price for the furniture and it was the furniture that I wanted. The men that work here are really nice as well as the delivery guys. The delivery of the product was anything but efficient. It took over 2 months to get all of my furniture that I bought when I was originally told a week to a week and a half when I bought it. It took 3 weeks to get it in the first time w/two pieces being significantly damaged. After that, it took another 5 – 6 weeks to get the replacements. I don’t know why it takes so long. They say it’s Ashley, but when I ordered the other piece I needed directly from Ashley, they could get it to me in two days so I don’t know why it takes them so long to get it in when Ashley offers me delivery much sooner. Every time I got an estimated time of arrival, it was always pushed back several times. I really wanted to like this place since I have several rooms to furnish, but the discounted pricing is not worth the hassle and time to deal with along with my room being in disarray for that amount of time(which stresses me out since it is delaying my remodel). I eventually got all of the pieces I ordered in good condition in the end and thankfully they didn’t give me a hard time about covering the replacement of the pieces, however, I rather pay a little more and get the pieces I need immediately and in good condition directly from the store than dealing with their flawed delivery system.

The most incompetent furniture store ever. It has been 3 weeks since i placed my order for a bed and it still never arrived! Lack of commumication from my sales associate Alfonzo, first being told that my bed will arrive within 1 week to 2 weeks now they are Guessing another 2 week. Also to add to the frustration I had to change the style of beds several times due to «NOWOUTOFSTOCK» «IT’S COMINGFROMCHICAGO» to now«IT’S COMINGFROMJERSEY» which one is it? I had to physically go up there to find out what is going on! I was supposed to hear from Alfonzo on Monday and today is Wednesday. Still never got my bed frame how ever just left with my mattress. If I could leave a negative star I would. After purchasing a King size mattress and bed, the bed broke after only having it a few weeks. The owner Trey supposedly came out to «fix» it & less than a week later the bed slats broke again! The bed was not properly supported and when repairing the bed, either the slats should have been reinforced with additional support UNDER the bed or more slats should have been added. Neither was done. I tried contacting the owner for assistance to no avail and only received a response when I left a negative review on their Facebook page. Don’t spend your money here, cheap furniture and poor customer service!
