They are fined for deceptive sales by GA. They sold me a lemon.

AVOID Best Of Time in GA! Worst experience you can have. I ordered a rolex on 12/​2, after 4 emails, I call to check on status, I get their customer service manager, who answered the line, to only provide the worst service anyone can receive! They did not ship my order, they did not reply to my emails nor did they respond to my voicemail.
Save your money, and go somewhere else. Best Of Time in GA is the worse!

Never again. I took 3 watches here to have links added. the 2 inexpensive watches were completed properly, albeit expensive for the work done. 3^rd watch was a high end citizen solar powered watch that had gone unused for a few months. Request was to add links and revive it. I was called and told the battery needed replacing for and additional $ 75.00, then told that did not fix the problem. They never put the links in, and my watch came back with a huge scratch on the back where the tool slipped while opening. The point is — this is a citizen watch dealer and all it needed was to be held out in the sunlight for a few minutes, which i did and it worked fine. They obviously don’t know what they are doing. I would up being charged $ 85.00 for a $ 3 battery and a couple of links. When I called back to complain, their customer service rep? yelled at me and tried to blame me. I thought I was the customer and they were supposed to be the experts. Lesson learned and a scratched watch later, I’ll never go near this place again.
