Nervous customers feel better when a repair shop’s tech staff has a big smile and good customer service skills. On our visit to Beltone, my nervous father and I felt really comfortable and confident, thanks to the young lady behind the counter. I wish I got her name!
My saintly mother’s 3-​year old laptop was infected and running poorly, so I decided it best to reinstall windows on a new, bigger hard drive. She would have said NO, because for an 85-​year old lady, change is unwelcome. But her computer savvy son insisted, so off we went!
Service was quick and perfect. All the data got copied, and the staff even offered to install some of the programs Mom used. The shop is well stocked, located in a nice part of town, and the staff and owner are personable.
