Went down for a quick check up on my cell. The place is a small, clean wireless shop in a strip mall just off Windy Hill near 285. I had to hang back and wait my turn in line, so I just watched the interaction between the staff and patrons while checking out some of the doodads in the cases. They seem to be staffed by down to earth, genuine people. These guys get a thumbs up for being helpful without being overly corporate. Several sales awards on display from one of the big local service providers. I didn’t get a chance to properly test them out on complicated repair performance, but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. As a side note, they came recommended from Batteries Plus. If my older model crackberry has any more issues, I’ll be back.

stay away from these ripoff artists! they will take your phone«in» for repair, take all the parts and switch them for trash parts and then charge you more than other repair shops charge! plus they don’t do any repairs on site, sending them to the«warehouse» which means a week for a simple repair. beware!

Got an iPhone? Hate going into the mall to deal with Apple? Need it fixed, jailbroken, etc. This is the place! Broken screen fixed for about 1⁄3 the price of Apple AND in 30 minutes without an appointment. I dropped it and had lunch at the Thai place next door, came back and it was done. They’re not super-staffed, after all it’s just a little wireless shop in a strip mall, but patience is a virtue. They don’t have a ton of accessories, but have a handful of popular ones and they are a T-Mobile location, if that’s your thing :). Oh, one caveat — they take credit cards, but the system was apparently down the day I went. They don’t take checks, but there are plenty of ATMs all around and they give a little discount for cash.
